Biography:
William has been invited by LexisNexis to write a section in the new chapter on workers compensation law as he is a highly experienced advisor and litigator in this area. He is a partner of Hicksons in one of its insurance groups and acts primarily for scheme agents and specialised insurers in the manufacturing, health, juvenile justice, police and emergency services, retail, transport, construction and education sectors.
William has extensive experience in handling these claims both in the specialised jurisdiction and at common law.
