Data Privacy You Can Trust

Lexis+ AI Hong Kong with Protégé is designed with data security and user control in mind:

• Documents are retained only during active sessions and automatically deleted after 10 minutes of inactivity
• Conversations related to uploaded documents are purged after 90 days or sooner if deleted by the user
• All data is stored in a secure, encrypted environment (AES-256)
• LexisNexis® Large Language Model partners are contractually prohibited from training models on your data

Users can also manually delete conversations at any time to remove uploaded documents instantly.
