The IDAHO Supreme Court rules that an injured worker’s status as an unauthorized immigrant does not prevent them from receiving long-term disability payments if hurt on the job. The high court ruled that immigration status can still be a factor in disability decisions. But it alone is not a reason to deny someone benefits (IDAHO STATESMAN [BOISE]).
