December 12, 2019 — Washington, DC – LexisNexis Legal & Professional® today announced it was awarded a new contract as a primary information provider to the United States Federal Judiciary to provide more than 20,000 Federal judges, their support staff, and other Federal Judiciary employees with full enterprise-wide unlimited access to the broadest possible range of primary legal, secondary legal, news, business and journals, people and public records content, and analytics.

The five-year, multi-million dollar contract award is the continuation of a decades long relationship with the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in providing these critical resources to all courts within the regional federal circuits, the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Tax Court and other courts and organizations within the Federal Judiciary as well as Federal Public Defenders and Community Defenders.

Under the new contract, LexisNexis will continue access to caselaw, statutes and secondary materials through Lexis Advance, docket research via CourtLink, as well as gaining access to critical analytical analysis with Lexis Context.
