The list recognizes 50 top organizations that have committed to empowering employees at all levels to improve processes, create new products or invent new ways of doing business. To compile the list, the magazine partnered with Accenture, which evaluated submissions for the role that innovation played in each company’s culture and operations. Winners were selected by an elite panel of Fast Company editors, renowned business leaders, and notable innovators.
