Librarian Relations Consultant Research Tip: Identify published cases before they have an official reporter citation.

Recently released federal cases from January 2018 to now have a placeholder for their reporter citation, in addition to their Lexis® citation and other citations. The placeholders will appear as: _F.3d _, _Fed. Appx._, _F. Supp. 3d_. The benefit is that these cases will now appear in the Reported Status when you filter by Publication Status. Your case law search results on Lexis Advance will include the most current published cases.
