Librarian Relations Consultant Research Tip: Live Chat Support—are your users aware?

In this new normal of more Lexis Advance users working remotely, it is still easy to get assistance when you need it. You can access Live Chat Support from within Lexis Advance via the More drop-down menu on the black navigation bar:

Once you select Live Chat Support, you will be taken to a page that pre-populates with your user information. You can select the Category for the issue you are experiencing from Account Updates; Billing and Invoicing; Legal Search; News, Company & Public Records; or Technical Support:

You are also able to describe the issue in a few words in the Question box:

Once you have filled that in and clicked Submit, some additional options will surface to hopefully help connect you to the information you need:

If any of those options work for you, you can click My Question is Answered. Otherwise, you can select Chat Now and be connected with one of our helpful customer support associates. Presently, chat hours are:
Monday: 8AM – Midnight ET
Tuesday – Friday: Midnight – 1AM, 8AM – Midnight ET
Saturday: Midnight – 1AM ET
Sunday: Closed
