Transferring Newsdesk® Content from One Admin to Another

There may come a time when a colleague may leave your team, and you will need to transfer their Newsdesk searches and newsletters to another point person. This is a process that you can easily do if you have an Admin profile.

To start the process, go to your name in the upper right-hand corner, then select Usage Stats.

Then you scroll down to where the users are all listed. Find the name of the individual whose content you want to transfer (there is a search box there to help with that), click on the three dots at the far right, and then select the Transfer Ownership option.

Then follow the prompts and your colleague’s content will be transferred to where you want it to go.

That will transfer all the content from one colleague’s account to yours: the newsletters along with all the searches powering those.
