Addition of Publication Status Filter when Shepardizing® Statutes on Lexis+
Users can now remove unreported decisions when viewing cases in a Shepard’s® Citations Service report for a statute. The process is similar to how you filter when Shepardizing a case to reported and unreported decisions.
