Exciting Updates for CaseMap+™ AI to Improve Productivity and Streamline Workflow
CaseMap+ AI offers an innovative solution for case and fact management, enabling legal teams to organize litigation data from various sources into a single, accessible case file. It enhances collaboration by allowing real-time teamwork, reducing time spent searching for information. The platform utilizes AI to streamline the review process by generating summaries of transcripts and documents and identifying key facts, which help teams focus on strategic analysis. With data-driven visuals, including timelines and heatmaps, CaseMap+ AI aids in defining and communicating case strategies effectively.
We’re excited to share some major updates to CaseMap+ AI:
- Grid view, which was recently added for Documents, will soon be available for Facts as well. This enhancement introduces a flexible grid view within the Facts element, giving users the ability to fully customize their workspace, make edits in-line, and easily toggle back to the classic card view. The grid view creates a consistent experience across Facts and Documents and improves productivity and personalization by addressing limitations in the classic card view. Users can now work faster, stay focused on one page, and easily adapt their layout to fit specific case needs. The new grid design leverages intuitive on-the-fly features and drop-down panels to streamline data management.

- A new TextMap® enhancement was commercially launched on Monday, November 3rd, as an integral part of the CaseMap+ AI platform. This update introduces an improved transcript upload process that features streamlined drag & drop functionality alongside metadata entry within a single, user-friendly modal. The enhancement ensures a consistent and unified experience across both TextMap and Documents. This update streamlines transcript management and enhances case organization by aligning TextMap with the overall design of CaseMap+ AI. Users can now upload transcripts more quickly, record essential contextual details through metadata input, and access AI-generated summaries with ease. This improvement is part of our ongoing efforts to provide a seamless, AI-driven case analysis experience across the CaseMap+ AI platform.
