Lexis+® Code Compare Functionality Now Available for Court Rules
Court Rule Compare allows users to choose current versions of federal or state court rules and compare them against archived versions in a matter of seconds, providing valuable insight into changes that occurred in a given year. It works the same way as Code Compare. For example, retrieve S.D. Cal. CivLR 5.1.
When in a court rule, select Compare Versions.

This feature will automatically compare the current version to the most recent archived version. If there is a future effective version of the document, it will initially compare the future effective to the current effective version. Users can also select the two versions they need to compare and choose how they want to display results—an Overview View or Side by Side View. Note additions in green and deletions in red strikethroughs.

Court rule coverage currently includes Federal Court Rules back to 1992 and State Court Rules back to 2013.
