COVID-19 Kit on Residential Tenants’ Rights
This new resource is available in the Real Estate Practice Area of Practical Guidance. The kit compiles publicly available resources by tenant advocacy groups, pro bono sites, government and court resources, Law360® and LexisNexis® State Net®. The kit is helpful for tenants’ counsel to keep up to date as eviction restrictions evolve.
