New ’Search in Same Court’ Feature in CourtLink®
CourtLink® users can save time using the Search in same court feature, which appears above the search results list and dockets list. It provides a quick way to run a new search without having to navigate through the court selection menu on the search page.
It differs from the Edit Search feature in that it retains only results for the court(s) you are searching. Other criteria will be removed from your search form, letting you start fresh.
