The second release of the popular The Wagstaffe Group Practice Guide: Federal Civil Procedure Before Trial, available on Lexis Advance, went live on May 18, 2018. The newly updated title includes additional embedded videos. Over 170 two- to five-minute videos are included throughout the guide and feature rich, explanatory tips and practical insights from Jim Wagstaffe, renowned civil litigation authority. The videos and video transcripts enhance and complement the related text in each chapter. The second release also includes updated information and citations to recent cases.
