Several Helpful Enhancements to LexisNexis® CaseMap® Cloud

Live Chat Support for CaseMap® Cloud
Users can now chat with a live CaseMap support representative, similarly to how they can on the Lexis+® service, by selecting CaseMap Cloud through the More Menu.   

Transcript Search Report
Users can now pull a report from the words or phrases that they search within a transcript, including setting the number of lines that appear above and below their word or phrase in order to add context.

  • Link Research to Issues
  • Link Documents to People/Org Element
  • Link People/Org to Documents


Highlight Facts in Document
Users can easily view their highlighted facts by clicking on the Fact Card within the document.


Data Usage Report
Administrators are now able to download a report listing data usage per individual case. This is helpful for customers looking to bill back clients based on the data used per case.
