  • Federal: The District Court for the Western District of Louisiana vacates the EEOC's rule requiring employers to provide employees with reasonable accommodations for abortions under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. See Louisiana v. EEOC, 2025 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 97334 (W.D. La. May 21, 2025).
  • Federal: The EEOC updates “Enforcement Guidance on Harassment in the Workplace” on its website to reflect the decision in Texas v. EEOC, 2025 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 93206 (N.D. Tex.
