China's cybersecurity regulator, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission (CAC), recently conducted its first major cybersecurity investigation and findings against a multinational company. This, along with the CAC’s first administrative enforcement procedures, marks a new era of cybersecurity enforcement in China.
