AL Lawmakers to Consider Restricting Underage Access to Porn Sites: Alabama Rep. Ben Robbins (R) plans to introduce a bill next year that would require pornographic websites to verify users are at least 18 years old before granting them access to their content. The bill, which hasn’t been prefiled yet, would also require providers of such online content to register with the state.
