"[W]e hereby ORDER and ADJUDGE as follows:
1. The Petitioner will undergo a bond hearing before an immigration judge on or before January 10, 2025. It will be the Petitioner’s burden to prove that his release will not pose a danger to property or persons, that he is likely to appear for future immigration proceedings, and that he does not pose a danger to national security.
2. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce this Order.
3. Since the issuance of this Order will automatically execute the parties’ Joint Stipulation of Dismissal, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. The Clerk shall CLOSE the case. All pending deadlines and hearings are TERMINATED, and any pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT.
