InterAction Home is a single-view, dashboard-style starting point for lawyers who wish to manage and maintain their relationship networks more closely. It appears as a displayed series of tiles when a user accesses “Home” from the navigation pane of the Client Insights Module in InterAction+.

The InterAction Home feature is personal to each user and presents the specific data that the user should take action on right away. It’s designed to simplify CRM for law firms by delivering a single view for all of each individual lawyer’s business development and client relationship priorities. This is an important first step to addressing the tactical challenge of what many lawyers perceive as an administrative burden.

For example, the tiles on InterAction Home will surface:

  • Contacts with low engagement – Contacts on each user’s personal working list for which there has been no logged activity within the last 90 days;
  • My tasks – The number of overdue tasks where the user was assigned an action item;
  • Upcoming activities – A list of the next three future-dated activities where the user is the assigned contact;
  • Contacts meeting co-workers – List of upcoming activities where colleagues are meeting with one of the personal working list; and
  • People I’ve lost touch with – The top three contacts within the last 90 days without any activity.

Daily Digest

Lawyers and law firm marketers understand the importance of leveraging technology to keep track of critical information about their key clients, but few of them have the luxury of time to go in search of the information on a daily basis. They need a place where they can find insights and prompts to take action without having to go seek it out themselves every day.

Daily Digest is a recurring email that is delivered to each user’s inbox each morning with information to help them stay on top of their client engagements. The email includes an overview of the day’s meetings — as well as upcoming activities and tasks — that need each individual lawyer’s attention right away. It is configurable on a user-by-user basis so that each professional can get the information they need to see delivered to their inbox when the day starts.

Daily Digest solves the problem of relying on legal professionals to seek out status updates on how to nurture their client relationships on a daily basis by placing these activities and tasks directly into their email inboxes automatically. This encourages them to keep client insights top-of-mind, enabling a better understanding of client priorities and business developments.

Key features include:

  • Tool to schedule the daily digest emails for the day and time the user would like it to be sent;
  • Ability to configure the specific content fields displayed in the emails;
  • Activities are split into “Upcoming” and “Past” activities; and
  • Tasks are split into “Upcoming” and “Overdue” tasks.
