CSC has just released the 2023 edition of Arizona Laws Governing Business Entities Annotated. The updated deskbook is a comprehensive collection of Arizona business law statutes legal professionals need to effectively conduct research, complete transactions, and advise clients with confidence.
The 2023 edition features the full text of Title 10, Corporations and Associations from the Arizona Revised Statutes, updated through the 2022 legislative session.
