The District Court Reports provides a broad selection of important civil and criminal law cases from all District Court registries in New Zealand. It also includes selected High Court decisions that are not reported in the New Zealand Law Reports. The publication was established in 1996 and publishes approximately 10 parts per year. New judgments are added regularly to ensure that subscribers stay current.
