Fei Fei – Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Transformation Officer

Fei Fei is Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer for LexisNexis Legal & Professional, where she also serves as Chief Transformation Officer.

In these roles, she is a key architect of the company’s innovation and growth, driving its global strategic vision, leading transformative initiatives that leverage generative AI to reshape the business, and expanding into new markets through organic investments and acquisitions. She also oversees Merger & Acquisition efforts that strengthen LexisNexis’s leadership in legal technology while optimizing operational efficiencies to support growth.

Prior to joining LexisNexis, Fei held several key leadership roles at Gartner. As Group Vice President, Global Sales Strategy and Operations, she enhanced sales effectiveness, designed global initiatives to drive new business growth and client retention, and implemented large-scale transformations. Earlier, as a senior Product Leader, she played a critical role in launching new products and developing go-to-market strategies.

Before Gartner, Fei led Product Marketing at Google Ads, where her work to drive new customer acquisitions won her two awards: Google Marketing Platinum Award and Gold Award. Earlier in her career, Fei also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Fei holds her undergraduate degree from Xiamen University, a master's degree from the University of Connecticut and a master’s degree from Harvard University.

Fei lives in Connecticut with her husband and their four children. She speaks several languages and is a TEDx speaker. She has given a TED talk on Resilience.
