Katy Fixter – Managing Director, Asia & Pacific

Katy Fixter is Managing Director of the Asia Pacific businesses at LexisNexis Legal & Professional.

Katy joined LexisNexis in 2013 and has held leadership roles in LexisNexis UK, developing the Practical Guidance offering, and leading the Corporate Legal segment. More recently, Katy was General Manager of the Global Nexis Solutions business, where she accelerated growth by scaling go-to-market operations globally and launching new generative AI workflow solutions.

Katy is passionate about leveraging technology to transform the way lawyers work and partnering with customers to help them work smarter and faster. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Katy was a commercial lawyer, working as a Legal Director at Blackrock Investment Management, and as a Senior Associate at Berwin Leighton Paisner in the UK.

Katy earned a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of East Anglia and her master’s from the University of Law, Guildford. She currently lives in London with her husband and young son and loves to spend family time enjoying the great outdoors.
