2024 was an exciting year in the legal technology industry, with breakthrough product offerings that leverage the power of AI for lawyers and new software integrations that unlock value for law firms. In 2025, the innovation train is about to pick up speed — and no firm wants to get left behind at the station.

Some exciting enhancements are coming to InterAction+ in 2025, and these cutting-edge features are being developed for the new version of the software.

The Road of Innovation Continues

InterAction+ is the only legal CRM platform that utilizes relationship intelligence and reveals new business opportunities to give law firms a competitive advantage. The software extends the power of CRM solutions to law firms of all sizes by strengthening relationships, generating new business, and mitigating revenue loss.

The InterAction+ product development team is now working on an innovative roadmap, building several new features and functionalities that will be released in 2025. These new features require InterAction+ to run on V9 or higher. The new version of InterAction+ will provide extensive performance improvements to users, enabling the software to run faster and more smoothly than the previous versions. The V9 update also introduces some security enhancements and resolves some bug fixes in the Windows Client.

This simple software update - not an upgrade - takes about 30-45 minutes at most firms. It is version-agnostic so the underlying platform behaves as you'd expect. Customers will only need to apply the updates to "power user" workstations (fewer than 30 workstations at most firms), meaning there will be minimal disruption to the workflow. Any firms using 6.20.62 or higher can download, install and start using V9 right away.

But the key benefit of updating now is that a full version of all-new InterAction+ components will be rolled out in 2025, and law firms will need to be running V9 in order to take advantage of these exciting new features.
