LexisNexis Price Schedule - Law Firm Per Search Pricing – December 5, 2023
This Price Schedule is effective as of December 5, 2023, and continues until Subscriber is notified under Section III.2.
I. INFORMATION CHARGES FOR LEXIS® ADVANCE
This Price Guide contains the transactional list prices for Commercial Markets set in US dollars. Non-US content will be set by the applicable local currency and converted to USD using a monthly conversion rate. These prices do not reflect any discounts. These prices will not affect the price of your flat rate subscription but do apply to Materials used outside of your subscription.
For more information about pricing components, Subscriber may click the "I" icon next to an individual source to display information on that source including the price for searching or Subscriber may contact their LexisNexis account representative
1.1 Searches Charges Search charges range from $0 to $469. For any searches using more than one source (“Combined Search”), Subscriber will be charged the individual source rates of each Combined Search Component selected.
1.2 Discounts The marginal discount schedule set forth below applies to Information Charges for each monthly invoice period. The discount is computed monthly and is based on the average amount of Information Charges incurred in the three month period beginning four months before the month of the invoice. Discounts do not apply to: Continuous Alerts (set up and delivery), CourtLink, Delaware Secretary of State, Dun & Bradstreet Reports, Elsevier Science, Environmental FirstSearch, IDEX-Expert Witness, FactSet, Historical Stock Quotes, Precedent Finder, Premium IP, Premium News, Real Property Enhancements and SciTech.

2. Subscription Charge The Subscription Charge is $200 per month
3. Instruction The following shall be provided to Subscriber (a) the basic instruction of all individuals selected by Subscriber to receive instruction in the use of the Online Services and (b) standard instructional and reference materials on the use of the Online Services. Individuals who complete training shall receive one hour of free use to perfect their skills. That free hour is non-transferable and must be used within 14 calendar days of the date on which basic instruction is completed, at a single session or on an aggregated basis. Credit for free use will automatically be reflected on Subscriber's monthly invoice.
4. Taxes From and after February 2014, your taxes will be calculated using the following methodology: Taxation on charges is based on authorized user(s)' physical site location at invoice period end. Subscriber is responsible for updating users and ensuring users are assigned to correct physical site locations within Admin Portal. If subscriber does not have access to or use of the Admin Portal, Subscriber must provide information for each user and physical site location to LN as soon as authorized users and location change. Please see your online invoice for tax detail.

2. Taxes Charges do not include any federal, state or local sales, use, value-added or similar taxes. If any such taxes are applicable, they will be invoiced to Subscriber and Subscriber will pay such amounts unless Subscriber provides LN with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the applicable taxing authority. Any taxes imposed on payments to LN by Subscriber are the sole responsibility of Subscriber. Subscriber will promptly provide LN with official receipts issued by the appropriate taxing authority or such other evidence as is reasonably requested by LN in order to establish that such taxes have been paid, and will indemnify LN for any taxes owed by Subscriber.
3. Administration Charge: $200 per month.
III. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Payment Terms Subscriber agrees to pay all charges and applicable taxes within 10 days after receipt of an invoice. Amounts which have not been paid within 30 days after the invoice date will thereafter, until paid, be subject to a late payment charge at a rate equal 15% per annum (or, if less, the maximum rate permitted under applicable law). The LN invoice will include the then-current non-sufficient funds fee for all returned checks.
2. Changes to Charges and Discounts Charges and discounts may be changed only on 30 days prior notice, which notice shall be with your invoice or otherwise provided in writing.
3. Collection Cost If Subscriber fails to pay charges when due, Subscriber will be liable for all costs of collection incurred by the provider of the Online Services, including, without limitation, collection agency fees, reasonable attorney's fees, and court costs.
4. Purchase Order If Subscriber issues a purchase order or other document relating to the Online Services, Subscriber agrees that the document shall be for Subscriber's internal purposes only and shall not modify or affect any of the terms or conditions for access to the Online Services.
