  • Creating candidate communications to provide clear, inclusive, and timely information.
  • Interview scheduling to streamline coordination and documentation.
All GenAI-assisted processes are subject to human input and oversight, and we are committed to mitigating bias and ensuring accessibility, in line with global best practices.

Guidelines for candidates using GenAI

We recognize that candidates may use GenAI tools to support their job search, and we welcome careful, transparent use of GenAI to help you prepare and present your best self. However, integrity and authenticity remain essential throughout the process.

Acceptable uses of GenAI by candidates

  • Resume and cover letter creation: GenAI can help draft or format your application materials, provided the content accurately reflects your own experiences and qualifications.
  • Interview preparation: GenAI can be a helpful tool for researching the company, practicing interview questions, or organizing your thoughts using frameworks like STAR/STARR.
  • Note-taking or accessibility support: If you require GenAI tools for accessibility or reasonable accommodation, please inform your recruiter in advance.
Unacceptable uses of GenAI by candidates

  • Misrepresentation: Submitting GenAI-generated content that fabricates experiences, skills, or achievements
  • Live interview assistance: GenAI tools should never be used to generate answers or responses during an interview or assessment
  • Plagiarism: Presenting GenAI-generated content or answers as your own work, without proper attribution, is never acceptable.
Candidates using GenAI in these ways will be excluded from consideration in the hiring process.
