Commitment to accessibility and usability is an essential aspect of product development at LexisNexis. We aim to create products and services that all users can use with ease, regardless of physical or cognitive abilities. In keeping with that commitment to accessibility, we address the need for accessible products through the creative use of technology and strive to comply with all applicable laws and international standards and work for our products to meet Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust principles.

As a leading global provider of AI-powered analytics and decision tools, our company-wide effort to make our products fully accessible is ongoing. We seek to implement user-centered design and accessibility best practice throughout the software development life cycle. Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) based on the most recent Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) standard are conducted as part of accessibility verification and remediation process. Our approach extends our RELX accessibility commitment, and our focus on accessibility aligns with our commitment to empower all customers including persons who may experience some type of disability. In the rare event that a product or feature is found to not be accessible, we encourage customers to contact us so we can address the issues identified.
