Andrew is a partner and Head of Intellectual Property at the firm. Since qualifying in 2008, he has developed a specialism in trade mark, passing off and copyright matters. He has led numerous high-profile cases including two cases in the UK Supreme Court on points of public importance.

Andrew won the UK Soft IP practitioner of the year at the 2023 Managing IP EMEA awards, and in the 2023 edition of the WTR 1000 - the world's leading trademark professionals guide, Andrew was identified as a key individual for enforcement and litigation, the edition stating:
