ICE Anti-DACA Lawsuit Moves Forward: Crane v. Napolitano
On Jan. 24, 2013, U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor (N.D. Tx.) issued an Order in the Crane v. Napolitano lawsuit filed by ICE agents and the State of Mississippi challenging DACA. The Order grants in part and denies in part the Government's Motion to Dismiss, thus permitting the case to move closer to trial.
