Lexis provides continued access to help students apply their research skills beyond the academic year.
Summer Access for Current Students
Students may continue using their Lexis law school ID during the summer for:
- Academic research
- Law review and journal work
- Summer employment
(We recommend students confirm research platform policies with their employer.)
Extended Access for Graduates
Graduates receive six months of extended access to Lexis following graduation. This includes the option to use Lexis+® with Protégé™, supporting continued skill development during the transition into practice.
This continuity of access helps reinforce research proficiency during a critical period — from summer clerkships to early professional roles.
