Viewing Related Records on the Timeline

Currently the Timeline is the tool for displaying multiple types of
records (ToDo's, Events, Docs, Phone Calls, etc.) all related to one
Matter. Be sure to check out the three Timeline control buttons on the
Sublist toolbar of the Matter Form's Timeline, just to the left of the
"green plus" Add Record button. They are:

List View
TimeChart View
Zoom TimeChart

While looking at the Timeline for a Matter, you can use the TimeChart
view to see what has happened and what lies ahead. The first icons on
the Sublist toolbar for Events, ToDo's, etc. need to be clicked so
that those records will show on the Timeline.

As for printing Outlines, you can only print Descriptions from the
individual Associated records (assuming you create the records from
the Outline or otherwise make the Descriptions equal to the Outline
element text). You can export an Outline to MS Word. By applying a
custom Word template or viewing the document in Word Outline view, you
will see the correct indenting.

You can create a Outline of Outlines if you want quick access to the
Outlines of all your Matters. An Outline element can be another
outline.
