Uh oh. My Income Statement shows only about half of our firm's revenues. I've run Utilities (Update General Ledger Totals) but I didn't run any of the others, but I wonder if this is something that others have seen before and if there is a fix short of calling Tech Support. Its not that I mind calling them, but if it can be fixed at home or if I'm doing something wrong to make this happen, then so much the better.

Make sure that you have posted everything. Run the AR and AP Distribution reports with no date range to check.
Run the Reindex utility and uncheck Update General Ledger Totals. Then run the Update General Ledger Totals by itself. Remember to backup before you do either of these functions.
