When we reprint our bills, a significant number of them come out 11 x 8.5 instead of 8.5 x 11. This seems to happen every few years. Is there a setting somewhere that causes this change?

DId you change printers recently? Time Matters usually uses the default printer so make sure that the last thing you printed was landscape orientation. You can check the settings for Time Matters printing in file - setup - printer setup - bill. Make sure it is set properly. Also try going to control panel - printers and check the settings for the Time Matters Private Driver. If you don't have one and you are running QuickBooks, check the settings for the QuickBooks driver or the Amyuni Driver.
If you are running QuickBooks v2010 or older, it uses the same printer driver as Time Matters. If the last thing you printed in QuickBooks was landscape, that could impact Time matters.
Of course you should also check your Adobe settings, or whatever program you use to open PDFs, to see what the settings are there.
