Hi, We have a 5 user licence PCLaw deployment against our TM deployment. I understand this means only 5 users can concurrently login to the application. However, does it mean only 5 people can send billable items to PClaw from TimeMatters concurrently? What exactly is its implication for TM/PClaw connection and sending bills to PCLaw? We have TM 9 SR3

Hi, One of our users encounters this error whenever he opens his inbox regardless of the workstation he logs in with. The email list loads then TM pops the messge: [Microsoft] [ODBC Driver Manager] Invalid argument value If he clicks OK or cancel, TM complains that the email account could not be accessed and closes the application. Thanks Folks, I appreciate your suggestions. We have however, decided to revert to Outlook for our email management while we firm up on TM-Outlook synch. To ensure all documents received via email are saved into TM, we will block the c: drives to stop people from saving into it. Hi Folks, Our TM deployement is such that our counsels administer their email strictly from within TM. However encounter some challenges with TM email client: TM occassionally sends out balnks emial. Hi, I noticed that when a client has multiple matter records, the documents tab on each matter form displays all the documents from other matters thereby confusing our users. This is highly unacceptable and misleading. How can we correct this and restrict document view on each matter form to the particular matter's documents? We use TM enterprise

Thanks for your input. However, i still cant locate the setting to prompt users to save sent outlook folder to TM. Could u pls throw more light on this? I also checked under Outlook sync it only offer to sync contact, event and todos but not sent folders.

Hi. We use outlook for our email and most of our counsels have created subfolders to organise their messages. We recently went life with our TM deployment and we intend to have everybody manage their emails from TM. TM is setup to use the default MAPI account (outlook) found on the machine.
