    Diane, The problem is most likely a quick tab that is not set to show on the list. Open the contact list and click the options button and select the Quick tabs/Quick Menu tab.   • Re: Problem with TM 10.0 to Outlook synchronization

    When you configured the TM Outlook sync you were asked for the configuration file path. Browse to that file path directory and delete the TMOLSCFG.TPS and TMOLSLOG.TPS files. This will reset the TM Outlook sync.

    The Time Matters inbox will only show you the email in the users Outlook inbox. One option that Karen Easton mentioned is to TM Connect the emails from Outlook into Time Matters. Another option would be to copy/move the emails from each Outlook folder into your main Outlook inbox this way the Outlook emails will show up in the TM inbox. If you decide

    Most telecom vendors have software that will allow the screen pops to another application. Does Cisco have a softphone application that can be installed. I have worked with Avaya and Toshiba phone systems and they have softphone applications that will allow you to integrate screen pops with Time Matters.     It sounds like the actual document was deleted or moved to a different location than what is reflected in the Time Matters document record. Have you made any changes to the path for your mapped drives lately. For example let's say your X: drive was originally mapped to \\server1\apps\documents, has that mapped drive letter been re-mapped to reflect

    Harold, I am not sure why installing the TM Exchange sync would have broken the palm synchronization. I will have to think about that one a little more. As for your Time Matters exchange sync configuration issue, you will need to have OWA (Outlook Web Access) setup and configured on the server in order to configure the Time Matters Exchange Synchronization

    Your assumptions are correct. When you choose "Skip files in Document and Document Indexer directories" the actual documents will not be backed up. The TM document record is backed up during the first portion of the backup process (SQL Backup).
