  • Re: TM11.1 / Acrobat Standard X

Here are a few things to try: Make sure AcroTray.exe is ended as a process. Workstation Level.Additional Program Setup Open Adobe with a document. GoTo View>Tools>File and select. You will see TM Open and Save on the right hand screen. Right click on each Icon and select "Add to Quick Menu" Adobe Reader X View >Files> Extended

  • Re: Matter report to include Notes

Jennifer, no way to change the Note view in the Matter with related records report. If you only need a few fields from the Matter, you can Field Link then into the User Area of the Note Form and run you report from the Notes List. You could have a custom Powerview designed. The Clipboard for Matters does not support Notes as a Related form type and

  • Re: Split screen with ToDo's

Reed, one way to customize what you are describing would be to use the Tile Windows feature off the Main Menu Bar>Windows>Tile Windows. Consider setting up the Calendar view with the Reference Calendar and then adding a customized ToDo list with the Tile feature. Also there is a user level setting for Default opening windowt>Last Session that

  • Re: Create PDF feature defaulting to local C drive for file path

Jennifer, what version of Adobe are you using. I have been having issues with Adobe X, both the Reader and Standard/Pro with this very feature. There is a PDF created on the local machine in a temp folder by Word that is then used for the TM PDF. Where are you looking to determine that the document is not being filed properly. In the Document form FileName

  • Re: Viewing one record in a backup

Joseph, is it possible that you have the Audit feature turned on in your memo field? If so, go to the Record in question and to Properties>Audit. The Audit tab will show you date, time, user, field and then what was in the field and what it was changed to. Audit has program level settings and then can be customized at the field level.

  • Re: In-app backup procedure and SQL stored backup procedure

Joseph, If you are backing up from File>Backup in Time Matters, you are backing up your SQL, Time Matters data. This is represented as a .bak file. There are many other ways to backup SQL data outside of Time Matters. If you are properly managing the backup of your Time Matters shared folder and the SQL backup files, you should have what you need

  • Re: Emails from nccourts.org doman being stripped of message when retrieved by TM.

Richard, this only a workaround as I am not sure why this happens. From your Inbox, highlight the Email and select the Print Icon from the Inbox Toolbar. Use the default format Standar Email" and click on preview. You may be able to view the email. Also if you have HTML turned on, try unselecting it with the Email in Preview from the Inbox. It's

  • Re: project management in Time Matters -- pipeline type function with reporting

Ron, I have implemented customizations very similar to your pipeline description. The view is a series of QuickTabs on the Project/Matters list. Fields are created for the different stages and Triggers set to change the Status field as each stage is completed moving the Project to the next Tab. Column views on each Tab highlight the fields around that

  • Re: Openning TM11 on multiple monitors

Thanks Peter, you just taught an old dog a new trick. Works fine. It does open as maximized regardless of the sizing before the key stroke but hey, I can live with that.
