Disney Settles Class Suit Over Access For Those With Visual Impairments

LOS ANGELES - Walt Disney Parks and Resorts US Inc. and Disney Online Inc. have agreed to make its theme parks more accessible to settle a class complaint alleging discrimination against people with visual impairments visiting the Disney theme parks in California and Florida (Cari Shield, et al. v. Walt Disney Parks and Resorts US, Inc., et al., No.10-5810, C.D. Calif.).
