8th Circuit Says Whistle-Blowing Did Not Lead To Termination

ST. PAUL, Minn. - A former St. Jude Medical S.C. Inc. employee failed to prove that her protected whistle-blowing activity led to her termination, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Aug. 1, upholding a trial court ruling (Ann Hilt v. St. Jude medical S.C., Inc.,  No. 11-3035, 8th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 15850).
