Two Cornell law
professors spoke on "Mired in Immigration Misery: Can the Brand New Congress
Create Fair Law?" on Monday, Nov. 15, 2010 at the
National Press Club in Washington, D.C. With the brand new
Congress, Stephen Yale-Loehr, adjunct Cornell law professor, spoke on the
prospects for comprehensive immigration reform in 2011 and 2012, while Aziz
Rana, assistant professor of law and a constitutional scholar, discussed the
similarities and differences between the current immigration debate and past
approaches to the topic.
