NEW YORK -- The law firm Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman will hold its ninth annual breakfast seminar for the Fashion Industry titled " Fashion, Technology & the Internet-Opportunities and Challenges " It will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Harvard Club of New York City, 35 West 44th Street. The program is complimentary.
The topics to be covered will be 3D Printing, the New Top Level Domain Names (such as .Fashion), Online Piracy and Counterfeiting, and Recent Fashion Industry Cases. Each presentation will be short allowing for questions. After the program, there will be an opportunity for informal one-on-one conversations with the speakers and other attendees.
This program is intended for designers, retailers, importers, manufacturers, marketing executives, educators, financiers and start-ups. Anyone who wants to keep up to date on technological developments affecting fashion, and the legal issues relating to them, should attend.
