Federal Judge Dismisses Cruise Line Workers' Petition To Vacate Award

MIAMI - After finding that a group of Indian cruise line workers' claims lacked merit, a Florida federal judge on March 13 granted a motion to dismiss their petition to vacate an arbitration award issued in favor of their employer (Agnelo Gonsalvez, et al. v. Celebrity Cruises Inc., No. 12-22287, S.D. Fla.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 50666).
