PHILADELPHIA — A class action accusing an athletic shoe retail chain of violating federal employment law by failing to properly compensate workers for overtime hours worked was conditionally certified by a federal judge on Sept. 15 (Francisco Pereira v. Foot Locker Inc., No. 07-cv-2157, E.D. Pa.; 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 84022).
