COLUMBUS, Ohio - (AP) Residents living near a Cold War-era nuclear weapons facility in southern Ohio settled a two-decade-old federal lawsuit over alleged hazardous chemical contamination in their neighborhoods, a lawyer for the plant's operators said Saturday.
