Greenberg Traurig Expands Los Angeles Office With IP Attorney Joseph Geisman

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has announced that Joseph Geisman has joined its Intellectual Property and Technology Practice as of counsel in the firm's Los Angeles office. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Geisman served as intellectual property counsel at the Motion Picture Associations of America Inc. for the past three and a half years.

Geisman's practice focuses on copyright, trademark, right of publicity, entertainment, media, technology, Internet and First Amendment matters, including related litigation. He also counsels clients on the development, protection and prosecution of intellectual property rights, prosecutes trademark applications and manages intellectual property portfolios.

Geisman holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he graduated order of the coif, and a B.A., cum laude, from UCLA.
