PHILADELPHIA - Littler Mendelson P.C. announced the addition of Thomas Benjamin "Ben" Huggett as a shareholder in its Philadelphia office.
Huggett is a labor lawyer with deep specialty in Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)-related matters. Huggett was formerly a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
Huggett routinely represents management in matters arising under OSHA and the Mine Safety and Health Act, including inspections, litigation and negotiations with relevant federal and state agencies. He works closely with clients across the United States to develop and implement safety policies in their workplaces. He also focuses his practice on counseling and litigation of matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act and has assisted management with collective bargaining strategy and negotiations.
Huggett received his J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and B.A. from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
