HOUSTON - Intellectual property law firm Novak Druce + Quigg LLP has announced the addition of Partner, Patricia A. Kammerer, Ph.D., J.D. to its Houston office. Kammerer is coming to Novak Druce from Howrey LLP.
Kammerer marks the latest high profile addition to Novak Druce this month. March has seen Michael J. Bell, Henry A. Petri and Janelle D. Waack, all previously with Howrey LLP, join the firm, along with Raymond J. Ho and Arimi Yamada, both previously with Ditthavong Mori & Steiner.
Kammerer's practice focuses on all phases of patent practice, including litigation, prosecution, oppositions, interferences, re-issue and reexamination proceedings in the chemical and biotechnology fields. She also has experience with trademark, trade secret, copyright and licensing issues. Kammerer holds a Ph.D. in biopharmaceutics from the University of Texas, a B.S. in pharmacy from the University of Texas, and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
