LOS ANGELES - Winston & Strawn LLP has announced that David Enzminger joined its intellectual property litigation practice in Los Angeles as a partner. Enzminger brings more than 20 years of experience in IP and technology litigation, with a particular emphasis on patent, trade secret, trademark and antitrust matters. He joins Winston from O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
Enzminger is particularly well known for his work in handling complex patent and trade infringement cases in state and federal courts for clients in the telecommunications, computer hardware and software and manufacturing industries. He is also experienced in litigating disputes involving trade secrets and allegations of false advertising and unfair competition.
Most recently, Winston added prominent IP litigation partners Richard Price and Gareth Morgan to its London office, Michael Murray to its New York office, and more than 15 IP litigation partners from the former Howrey law firm to its Chicago and Washington, D.C., offices, as well as its newly opened Houston office.
Enzminger received his J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State University, and a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Redlands.
