Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) Reform

The U.S. House of Representatives has approved the Federal Workers' Compensation Modernization and Improvement Act (H.R. 2465), which is designed to strengthen and enhance the Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA), the workers' compensation program for federal employees.
