The team will map the project task and timeline to each team's queue (UX, Technology, Product Management) to make sure deliverables meet the project launch date. The marketing team should expect to hear project updates and timelines during the weekly team check-up meeting. If the team is being brought at the end of the project (1-2weeks before launch) without fully aware of the scoop of the project. The team will need to plan the corp or e-comm site launch accordingly.
